BIOGRAPHY

Colin Eldridge lives in the heart of Wavertree and is a city councillor for Church Ward in the Wavertree constituency. He is the council's Executive Member of Leisure and Community Safety with responsibility for projects like the Picton Pool which will see an Olympic size swimming pool open in Wavertree by the end of the year. Colin is also responsible for the Alleygating programme which has helped reduce burglary in Liverpool by 36%.

Colin also runs his own local business with his business partner Christine employing 11 staff recruited from a local Employment Zone. Colin has an honours degree in Politics and has a very successful professional and political career for someone who has just reached his 30th birthday!

Colin spends his spare time playing and watching sport, eating out or cooking for friends.
