BIOGRAPHY

Richard Marbrow is a former councillor for Kensington & Fairfield.  Educated at Liverpool University, he stood for Liverpool Riverside in the 2001 election.

Richard has been the Assistant Executive Member to Council Leader Mike Storey and has also been the Executive Member for Community Safety at Liberal Democrat run Liverpool City Council.

He lives in Liverpool 6 and is married to Alison Campbell, the Liberal Democrat council candidate in Riverside's Central ward in 2004.
