David Evans

Candidate for Arbroath and Broughty Ferry

General Election - 4 July 2024

David Evans

David Evans is the Liberal Democrat candidate for Arbroath and Broughty Ferry. With a wealth of experience in both the public and private sector, from health care to energy, David has the skills and experience to deliver for this constituency.

Born and educated in the North East, and having worked across the area, David understands the importance of delivering the energy transition. Other priorities are helping people out of poverty, creating jobs, growing our economy, and protecting our environment.

“The energy transition and the opportunities it presents are right in front of us, with rigs at anchor and wind turbines laid out on the banks of the Tay. The next UK government must harness these opportunities, and I will hold them to account.”
