Louise Harris

Louise Harris grew up in the constituency attending local schools. She has campaigned on environmental issues since her student days in London in the 1980s where she studied European Politics and Economics. Louise is a South Gloucestershire councillor and Cabinet member for the Climate and Nature Emergency and is keen to carry on her campaigning representing Bristol North East.

Louise has worked in the voluntary sector for over 30 years and currently manages a charity providing advocacy for people with mental health issues and learning disabilities in Wiltshire.

If elected, Louise will continue to stand up for local people, fighting for social justice and working towards dealing with the climate and nature emergency.
