Riad Mannan

Riad Mannan is the Liberal Democrat candidate for Harlow. He is driven by the values of fairness, justice and equality, twinned with an inalienable belief in hope. Riad has worked most of his life, first as a civil engineer, then as a project manager delivering large scale business events. He can bring that experience to ensure “things get done” in Harlow. His mind-set of driving projects to completion will help him get stakeholders together and drive change in the town. Riad’s top priorities for the people of Harlow is to secure the new hospital, improve school buildings, and support people through the cost-of-living crisis. Riad will be a strong independent-minded MP who will put local people first and break the mantra that only the two big parties can win in Harlow. As an MP, he will ensure the residents and their concerns are central to his decision-making, delivering the change the town deserves and making sure he is available and accessible to them.
