Jenifer Gould

Candidate for Mitcham and Morden

General Election - 4 July 2024

Jenifer Gould

Jenifer Gould is the Liberal Democrat Candidate for Mitcham and Morden. A current local Councillor In Cannon Hill and Dept Leader of the Merton Councillor Group. Jenifer is a strong, local, hard working campaigner and has the experience that will deliver the change we need.

Too many MP’s are career politicians with no understanding of life in the real world. Jenifer lives locally with her family and will use her experience getting things done as a Merton Councillor, to deliver on the issues that matter most to residents.

For Jenifer, improving local healthcare for those with Dementia is a personal priority. When her Mother-in-law was diagnosed with Dementia and came to live with the family Jenifer saw close up how debilitating this disease can be. Her experience means Jenifer knows just how important it is to have good quality facilities in our community, like Eastways Day Centre in Cannon Hill which she campaigned to save from closure. Jenifer understands the importance of restoring our natural environment for people and the planet and is a local climate action champion.
