Daniel is the Lib Dem candidate for Richmond and Northallerton.
Daniel is proud to have been born and raised in this constituency and knows firsthand what makes this place tick. He is standing at this election so he can champion the people who live in this beautiful patch of North Yorkshire, and fight for the fairer deal they deserve.
Over the last decade, Daniel has become increasingly concerned about the way that rural areas like Richmond & Northallerton have been shortchanged and taken for granted by the Conservatives. From healthcare to the environment, school funding through to farming and the local economy.
Daniel is campaigning for a total rural rethink, with fairer funding for essential services that impact everyday life. He’s also championing rural small businesses, farmers and market towns, and is fighting to bring back the constituency’s only A&E department in Northallerton, and to put an end to the sewage scandal once and for all.
