Chris Rowe

Chris Rowe is standing in the Runcorn and Helsby constituency. He has lived in Runcorn all his life. He has served as a local Councillor in Halton for over 20 years, working with residents in his local communities over issues such as the building and operation of the waste incinerator in Weston Point and other contentious planning applications. He has been Leader of the Opposition and Mayor. He has also served as churchwarden and is currently serving as a school governor.

Chris is a foster carer and regularly works in the NHS as an HR professional, so his priorities are proper funding of the NHS and social services.
