Attendee Categories, Prices & Deadlines

Find the right ticket for your trip to Spring Conference

All prices shown include VAT and entitle visitors to full general access within the conference venue and the secure zone. All registered attendees from all categories have access to the auditorium, exhibition and fringe sessions. Please note that training events are only open to members, parliamentarians and staff (party, parliamentary, LDHQ).

Members

Members can speak in debates, vote on policy and attend training.

  • If at the time of conference you are receiving one of the below benefits or a full time student you can apply for our concessionary rate.

    Proof of your concessionary status must be submitted with your application.

    For any issues with proof of concessionary status, please email conferences@libdems.org.uk and let us know.

Parliamentarians

Parliamentarians can speak in debates, vote on policy and attend training.

Observers

Observers have access to the auditorium, exhibition and fringe sessions.

To qualify for the Charity rate, your organisation must have a registered charity number. If your organisation does not fulfil this criteria, please register as a Commercial Observer. Third Sector Organisations should please register as Charity Observers.

Please note there is no limit on the number of passes an eligible organisation may apply for.

Exhibitors

Exhibitors have access to the auditorium, exhibition and fringe sessions.

Diplomats

Diplomats have access to the auditorium, exhibition and fringe sessions.

Media

Media have access to the auditorium, exhibition and fringe sessions.

*Media applications are subject to approval by the Lib Dem Press Office. The Liberal Democrats reserve the right to cancel any registration. The applicant will be informed in writing and any applicable registration charges will be refunded in full.

Staff

Staff have access to the auditorium, exhibition, fringe sessions and training.

  • Party Staff passes are available to individuals:

    • Employed by a Liberal Democrat Council Group or Elected Mayor
    • Employed by a Liberal Democrat Local Party or parliamentary candidate. The individual must be employed, subject to a contract of employment, by the Local Party concerned.
    • Employed by a Liberal Democrat Member of the London Assembly
    • Employed by a State Party

    The Conference Office reserves the right to request proof of employment and may contact the respective employer to verify the applicant.

    Registered party staff who are members of the Liberal Democrats can receive a discount on a full member pass. Please book your Party Staff ticket first, once you have registered as Party Staff please email us at conferences@libdems.org.uk for your discount code for a member voting pass.

  • Parliamentary Staff passes are available to individuals:

    • Employed by a Liberal Democrat Member of the House of Commons or House of Lords
    • Employed by a Liberal Democrat Member of the Scottish Parliament or the Senedd

    The Conference Office reserves the right to request proof of employment and may contact the respective Member to verify the applicant.
