English Party Internal Elections 2024
Results
At the close of nominations on the 1st November, the following posts were elected unopposed:
- Chair of the English Party - Caroline Pidgeon
- English Candidates Committee Chair - Dave Raval
- English Candidates' Committee members - Margaret Joachim, Bob Charlesworth, Brian Orrell, Mark Twitchett and Louise Morales.
- There were 22 candidates for the 12 positions on the English Council Executive. Following the count on Tuesday 3rd December, the successful candidates are: Helen Baxter; Prue Bray; Richard Cole; Alison Jenner; Margaret Joachim; Mark Johnston; Caroline Leaver; Simon McGrath; Lucas North; Brian Orrell; Hannah Perkin; Humaira Sanders.
- There were two candidates for the Representative to Liberal Democrat Women. Following the count on Tuesday 3rd December, the successful candidate was Helen Tamblyn-Saville
